Black pepper is the dried, unripe fruit of the climbing vine Piper nigrum; the berries darken and wrinkle as they dry. Grown in Kerala’s lush tropical forests, our peppercorns are known for sharp pungency and complex aroma. Green pepper and white pepper are listed separately.
